An effective and seamless solution for quickly upgrading traffic system infrastructure, the lock can be a drop-in replacement for both existing and new modern traffic control cabinets. It’s also available with a high- security mechanical or electromechanical cylinder, making it a hybrid solution that enables both types to be used in the same system.

“The mechanical components of this enclosure lock provide security through Abloy’s unique, high- security disc cylinder,” said Rick Armenta, sales engineer and member of Abloy Critical Infrastructure’s Competence Center in Texas. “The electromechanical Cliq provides customers added accountability with key tracking and audit trails. You can also update keys with new access rights electronically, and any lost keys can easily be deleted from the system.”

The flexibility of the 75481 series offers a powerful and affordable solution. Typically, only about 20% of cabinets need electronic locks. If a traffic district or DOT has 1,000 cabinets, buying 100% electronic locks is a much more expensive solution than purchasing an Abloy Critical Infrastructure hybrid mix, which allows for a better execution plan of the DOT’s budget dollars.

Abloy representatives will be available at the stand to explain how this lock can help your situation. In the meantime, visit: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jQ-tseSpHNg to see a product demonstration.
