Imtech Traffic & Infra, the Netherlands-based traffic and infrastructure specialist arm of technical services provider Royal 769 Imtech NV, has extended its ITS (Intelligent Transport Systems) portfolio by acquiring the Cutlas common database system from 4082 Envitia.
The company says Cutlas is a key addition to their portfolio, providing seamless integration of their ITS solutions such as ImFlow and SCOOT, including third party systems. The addition of a centralised control and strategic management system enables Imtech to fully address cities’ needs for integration and optimal performance of traffic flows and transport networks.
Cities increasingly require effective integration and management of data relating to the performance of transport network and traffic flows. The Imtech portfolio of intelligent traffic solutions enables services based on a city’s assets and traffic infrastructure including the provision of publicly distributed information.
