US intelligent transportation systems manufacturer Signal Group is expanding its investment in North America with the acquisition of a controlling interest in Oregon-based Northwest Signal.
Northwest Signal manufactures and sells adaptive traffic software, controllers, traffic cabinets, poles and sign structures throughout the North Western United States. Signal Group already owns
