IBM opens ITS competence centre in Russia

IBM, the Moscow State Automobile & Road Technical University (MADI) and the Scientific Centre for Complex Transport Problems of the Ministry of Transport, have opened an academic competence centre - Intelligent Transport Systems and Modern Technologies IBM (ITS i IT IBM).
